A mí for what you like

Me gusta el yoga. A mí también. Gustar and encantar take a mí, because the thing is what pleases you.

Tampoco after a no

Agreeing with a negative turns también into tampoco: No duermo bien. Yo tampoco.

Add the rest if you want

Yo también can grow into a full sentence: Yo también te quiero. Yo también soy feliz.
