How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  1. 1. Open Settings on your iOS device
  2. 2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
  3. 3. Select "Subscriptions"
  4. 4. Find WORDY and tap "Cancel Subscription"

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed through Apple. To request a refund:

  • • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  • • Or go to Settings → Apple ID → Purchase History
  • • Contact Apple Support directly

Which languages are available?

WORDY supports 20+ languages with varying levels of content:

  • Full support: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian
  • Clips & Streaming: Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Russian
  • Streaming only: Dutch, Swedish, Polish, and more

Is WORDY available on Android?

Android version is coming soon! You can pre-register on Google Play to be notified when it's available.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at info@appalex.hu with your request. We will process your deletion request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR requirements.
