un libro interesante, una película interesante. Adjectives ending in -e usually stay the same for masculine and feminine.

Add -s for the plural

After the noun, with ser

It normally follows the noun: una ciudad interesante. As a description, use ser: La clase es interesante.

Interested is a different word

For the person, say estoy interesado (or interesada), or use the verb: Me interesa el arte.
